Owen Tinari is a burgeoning litigation attorney serving North and South Carolina and is passionate about helping clients in both personal injury and worker’s compensation matters. 

Owen is from eastern Pennsylvania and was inspired to pursue law after growing up around trial lawyers. He completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington earning a degree in political science and Spanish. 

After graduating, he returned home to attend law school at Widener University Delaware School of Law where he found that trial advocacy was his calling through multiple private practice internships in the Philadelphia legal market and by engaging in Delaware Law’s Alternative Dispute Resolution program. 

During his law school tenure, he experienced the satisfaction that comes from serving catastrophically injured clients through intensive research, consistent preparation, and zealous representation throughout every stage of a case.

Owen has called Charlotte home since 2020 and upon graduating from Delaware Law became a member of the North Carolina Bar in 2021. After starting off in broader litigation practice he has switched his focus to exclusively personal injury and worker’s compensation. He is admitted to all North Carolina State Courts, and a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association as well as North Carolina Advocates for Justice. 

When not in the office or in court you can find him trying out a new restaurant, catching a live music show, or enjoying parks and greenways around the Charlotte Area.
